You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use philaro. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. philaro reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify eligibility.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active philaro account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. Accounts are non-transferable.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between philaro ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the philaro online gaming platform available at philaro.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

3.1 The philaro Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
3.2 philaro reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by philaro will result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: philaro strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on philaro, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the philaro Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. philaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify philaro support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. philaro may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.5 philaro reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
5.1 Deposits. philaro accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method. philaro does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. philaro targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
5.3 KYC Verification. philaro is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. philaro complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. philaro reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze Account Balances pending investigation where required by law.
5.5 philaro reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account Balance if KYC verification cannot be completed, if the withdrawal would breach these Terms, or if philaro has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
6.1 philaro may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
6.3 Bonus Credits and winnings derived from Bonus Credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. philaro reserves the right to void Bonus Credits and any associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms.
6.4 philaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
6.5 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7.1 All games available on the philaro Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by philaro or any third party. Game outcome data is logged and auditable.
7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on philaro's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
7.3 philaro reserves the right to void any wager that was placed or settled as a result of a software error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. philaro will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.
7.4 Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer and recorded by the live stream. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded outcome at the time of disconnection or, where no outcome was recorded, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philaro Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 philaro reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated wagers and Bonus Credits, and to withhold or forfeit any Account Balance where permitted by law. philaro may also report such conduct to the relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
9.1 philaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides Players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account dashboard following login.
9.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the philaro Platform, you may do so by contacting philaro support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, philaro will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your Account and to block any marketing communications directed to you.
9.3 philaro encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance. philaro supports the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR for the Philippine market.
9.4 philaro will not extend credit to Players and does not permit the use of credit cards issued by Philippine banks for gambling deposits where such use is prohibited by the card issuer's terms.
10.1 All content on the philaro Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of philaro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the philaro Platform without the prior written consent of philaro.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philaro's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 philaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if philaro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 philaro does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. philaro will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude philaro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your philaro Account at any time by contacting philaro support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 philaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if philaro determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Upon termination of your Account by philaro for cause, philaro reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance where permitted by applicable law, including where the Balance is derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the philaro Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 philaro operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
14.1 philaro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, philaro will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
